Apple is ready to launch iphone 6s, 6s plus in india.
Apple on 29 september announced that they will launch its latest iPhone 6s and 6s Plus in India on October
16.The iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will be available in India, Malaysia and Turkey on October 16 and in
over 130 countries by the end of the year.Additionally, Apple has announced that it has sold more than 13
million units of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus model in the opening weekend, a new record of sorts.
Tim Cook Apple CEO in a press statement said,“Sales for iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus have been phenomenal, blowing past any previous first weekend sales results in Apple’s history. Customers’ feedback is incredible and they are loving 3D Touch and Live Photos, and we can’t wait to bring iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus to customers in even more countries on October 9."
Along with India, the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will go on sale in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan. Other countries include Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and Turkey.Apple says that it plans on selling the new iPhones in over 130 countries before the end of this year.
The new iPhones differ only slightly in terms of design as compared to the predecessor iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. However, they pack more RAM and better processors.They iPhones come with 3D Touch a new feature that reduces the number of taps and scrolls by making the screen more interactive.A recent iFixit teardown of the new iPhones revealed that the iPhone 6s gets 2GB of RAM but a mere 1,715mAh battery, lesser than the
predecessor with 1,810mAh battery.
Apple announced iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus at its September 9 event. The new iPhones bring 3D Touch which allow fro new gestures like Peek and Pop. The new iPhone also come with twice as much RAM as its predecessor.
With the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, Apple has introduced a new Rose Gold variant to its existing Gold, Silver,
Space Gray colour choices.
